Alyssa Kwan is a software engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area, but please don't hold that against her. Harlot Magazine is by far the most important and radical project she has contributed to. As a queer trans woman of color in tech (albeit a model minority and able bodied), she focuses on teaching and mentoring members of marginalized communities in tech. When not cutting code, Alyssa does direct service social justice work, currently as a volunteer on a sexual assault survivor hotline. She is a certified cat lady.
